Challenging new 600k route out of the St Charles/Batavia area for 2022!  We start out on the Fox River Trail and head west early in the morning to Rochelle and stop briefly in Oregon before heading south to Dixon.  Then the hills begin!  From Dixon, we wind north all the way to Galena, IL.  Tank up in Galena!  AirBnd is a great source for doing your own overnight - we recommend Savanna, Mt Carroll or Lanark.

For preparing for PBP, we are starting this ride as a night ride!  That means that we start at midnight on Friday night (which is 00:00 on Saturday).  This ride is one large loop so this is the ideal ride to try out riding straight through with no sleep stop.  If you do want to have a sleep stop, make reservations VERY early as this is a popular place for the holiday weekend.
